Yellow fever vaccine is mandatory

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to visaburkina.bf, fill in your personal and passport details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days.

Receive and save your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get the eVisa by email. Save a PDF copy on your phone and print a paper backup. You'll show it at check-in and on arrival.

Arrive at Ouagadougou Airport
At the immigration counter, present your passport, eVisa, return ticket, and accommodation confirmation. The officer will stamp you in. Keep the eVisa handy — they may scan the barcode.
