At Manila (NAIA), Cebu, or Clark, follow signs to 'Foreign Passports' immigration. Join the queue for visa-free arrivals. Have your passport, boarding pass, and return ticket ready. The officer will stamp you in for up to 30 days.

Clear customs and exit
After immigration, collect your luggage and proceed to customs. If you have nothing to declare, use the green channel. Then exit the arrivals hall.
