Land at any international airport in Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, etc.). Follow signs to 'Immigration' or 'Passport Control'.

Join the queue for 'Foreign Passports'. Have your passport, boarding pass, and any supporting documents ready.

Present documents
Hand over your passport and any visa (if applicable). The officer may ask for your return ticket or hotel booking. Answer clearly and politely.

Get stamped in
The officer will stamp your passport with a 45-day entry permit (or the eVisa duration). Check the stamp details before walking away.

Collect luggage and exit
Proceed to baggage claim, then customs. You're free to enter Vietnam.
