Transiting through Kuwait
Ghanaian citizens transiting through Kuwait require a visa, even if staying airside. A transit visa is issued on arrival for a maximum stay of 72 hours, provided you have a confirmed onward ticket and a valid visa for the next destination.
- Passengers with a confirmed onward ticket and a connecting flight within 24 hours may be allowed to remain in the transit area without a visa, but this is at the discretion of the immigration officer. It is strongly advised to obtain a transit visa before travel.
