Croatian passport holders can get a visa on arrival in Kuwait. You'll receive a 3-month single-entry visa at the airport, valid for stays up to 90 days. This has been the case since 2024.

Croatian passport holders transiting through Kuwait International Airport do not need a visa if staying airside and not passing through immigration. For landside transit or longer layovers, a visa may be required.
