Apply for the eVisa
Go to the official Egypt eVisa website (visa2egypt.gov.eg) and fill out the application. You'll need your passport details, travel dates, and accommodation info. Pay the fee online. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days.

Receive and Print Your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get a PDF by email. Print a copy and save it on your phone. You'll show it at the immigration counter in Cairo or any other Egyptian airport.

Prepare Your Documents
Before you head to the airport, gather: your passport (valid 6+ months), printed eVisa, return ticket, and first night hotel booking. Keep them in your carry-on.

Arrive at Egyptian Immigration
At the airport, follow signs to 'Passport Control' or 'Immigration'. Hand over your passport and eVisa. The officer may ask for your return ticket or hotel address. Answer clearly. You'll get an entry stamp and can proceed to baggage claim.
