Overstaying is expensive

No visa needed for Hong Kong side trips
South Korean passport holders can also enter Hong Kong visa-free for up to 90 days. A day trip to Hong Kong is easy — ferries run every 30 minutes from the Macau Ferry Terminal. Just make sure you have your passport and onward ticket.

The officer will stamp your passport with the date of entry and the allowed stay (up to 90 days). Check the stamp before leaving the counter.
