What happens at the border

1
Arrive at a Cambodian port of entry
You'll land at Phnom Penh International Airport, Siem Reap International Airport, or cross by land at a border checkpoint. Follow the signs to 'Arrivals' and then to 'Immigration'.
2
Join the immigration queue
There are separate lanes for Cambodian citizens and foreigners. Join the 'Foreigners' queue. Have your passport ready.
3
Present your passport to the officer
Hand over your passport. The officer will check your details, possibly ask about your stay (purpose, duration, where you're staying), and then stamp your passport. This usually takes a few minutes.
4
Collect your passport and proceed
Once stamped, you're free to enter Cambodia. Make sure you keep the entry stamp — you'll need it when you leave.
