Apply early — no visa on arrival

Apply for the e-visa online
Go to the Kuwait Ministry of Interior e-visa portal (evisa.moi.gov.kw). Fill in your personal and passport details, upload a passport photo, and pay the fee. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days.

Receive and print your visa
Once approved, you'll get a PDF via email. Print it and keep a digital copy on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and upon arrival in Kuwait.

Before heading to the airport, gather: your passport (6+ months validity), printed visa, return ticket, hotel booking, and travel insurance. Save screenshots of everything on your phone.

Arrive at Kuwait International Airport
After landing, follow signs to 'Passport Control' (not 'GCC Nationals'). Present your passport, visa, and return ticket. The officer may ask your hotel address — have it ready. You'll get a stamp and can enter.
