Apply for a Schengen visa
Submit your visa application at the Hungarian embassy in Muscat or the designated visa application centre. Book an appointment, fill out the application form, and provide all required documents. Processing typically takes 15 calendar days.

Attend the visa interview
Go to your appointment with your passport, application form, photos, travel insurance, flight and hotel bookings, bank statements, and any other requested documents. They will take your biometrics (fingerprints and photo).

The embassy processes your application. You can track it online if they provide a tracking number. Once approved, you will get a visa sticker in your passport.
