Peruvian passport holders can enter Andorra visa-free for up to 90 days. Andorra isn't part of the Schengen Area, but you enter through Spain or France, so you must also meet Schengen entry rules. This policy is in effect for 2026.

Entry requirements

RequirementDetailsStatus
Valid passport
Must be valid for duration of stay
Your passport must be valid for the entire time you plan to stay in Andorra. Andorra does not enforce a 6-month validity rule, but airlines may still check for it — if your passport expires within 6 months, carry proof of onward travel just in case.Required
Return or onward ticket
Proof of departure from Schengen area
Immigration officers at the French or Spanish border (the only land entry points to Andorra) routinely ask for a return or onward ticket showing you leave the Schengen zone within 90 days. Have a printed or digital copy ready — budget airlines and bus companies also check this before boarding.Required
Proof of accommodation
Hotel booking or host invitation
Border officers may ask where you're staying, especially if you arrive by car or bus without a pre-booked hotel. A simple booking confirmation or a letter from your host with their address and phone number is enough.Recommended
Proof of funds
Sufficient means for your stay
You may be asked to show you have enough money for your trip — roughly €50–€100 per day depending on your accommodation. A recent bank statement or credit card with a decent limit usually satisfies the officer.Recommended
Schengen entry rules apply
Even though Andorra is not in Schengen, you enter through Spain or France. You must meet Schengen entry requirements: valid passport, return ticket, proof of funds, and proof of accommodation. Overstaying in Schengen can affect future travel.
No airport in Andorra
Andorra has no commercial airport. You must fly into Spain or France and then travel by road. Plan your itinerary accordingly.
Visa-free for 90 days
Peruvian passport holders can stay up to 90 days without a visa. This is a straightforward process — just have your documents ready at the border.

What happens at the border

1
Enter Spain or France
Since Andorra has no airport, you'll fly into Barcelona (BCN), Toulouse (TLS), or another nearby airport. Go through Schengen border control there. Have your passport, return ticket, and proof of accommodation ready.
2
Travel to Andorra
Take a bus, rental car, or private transfer to Andorra. The main bus companies are Andbus and Novatel. The journey from Barcelona takes about 3 hours. There are no border checks between Spain/France and Andorra, but you may be stopped by Andorran police for random checks.
3
At Andorran border (if checked)
Andorran police may ask for your passport, return ticket, and proof of funds. They rarely check, but be prepared. If you're staying longer than 90 days, you'll need a visa or residence permit.
