Apply for eVisa Online
Go to the official Malaysia eVisa website (windowmalaysia.my). Create an account, fill in your details, upload your passport photo and passport scan, and pay the fee. Processing usually takes 1-3 working days.

Receive eVisa Approval
Once approved, you'll get an eVisa letter via email. Print a copy and also save a digital version on your phone. The eVisa is linked to your passport number.

Prepare Documents for Travel
Before you fly, gather: your passport (valid 6+ months), printed eVisa, return ticket, hotel booking, and travel insurance. Keep them in your carry-on.

Arrival at Malaysian Immigration
At the airport (Kuala Lumpur International, Penang, etc.), go to the foreign passport queue. Hand over your passport and eVisa. The officer may ask for your return ticket and hotel address. Answer clearly. You'll get an entry stamp valid for up to 30 days.
