Australia entry requirements for Serbia passport holders
Traveling to Australia from Serbia requires a visa — there's no visa-free entry. The good news is the application process is fully online and straightforward if you prepare your documents in advance. The Australian Department of Home Affairs handles everything through their ImmiAccount portal.

Transiting through Australia
Serbian passport holders transiting through Australia (including airside) must hold a Transit visa (subclass 771) unless they have a valid Australian visa or eVisitor. Apply online via ImmiAccount.
- Holders of a valid Australian visa (including Visitor, eVisitor, or permanent resident) do not need a Transit visa.
- Citizens of certain countries may be eligible for a transit waiver if they hold a confirmed onward ticket and stay airside for less than 8 hours – but Serbia is not on the waiver list, so a Transit visa is required.
