Apply for eVisa Online
Go to the Malawi eVisa website (evisa.immigration.gov.mw). Fill in your details, upload a passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee (around $50–$75 depending on visa type). Processing usually takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive the approval by email.

Print or Save eVisa Approval
Once approved, print a copy of the eVisa approval letter and also save a PDF on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and upon arrival in Malawi.
