Taiwan passport holders need an eVisa to travel to Guinea. Apply before departure, and present it with your passport and return ticket upon arrival in Conakry. This rule applies from 2026.

Taiwan passport holders cannot get a visa on arrival in Guinea. You must apply for and receive the eVisa before you travel. Without it, you'll be denied boarding.
Yellow fever vaccination is mandatory
You need a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate to enter Guinea. Get the vaccine at least 10 days before your trip and carry the certificate with your passport.

Apply for the eVisa online
Go to the official Guinea eVisa portal or use a trusted visa service. Fill out the application, upload your passport scan and photo, and pay the fee. Processing usually takes a few business days.

Receive and save your eVisa
Once approved, you'll get an email with the eVisa document. Print a paper copy and also save a digital version on your phone. You'll need to show it at the immigration counter in Conakry.

Prepare your documents for arrival
Before you land, have your passport, eVisa, return ticket, and hotel booking ready. Keep them in your carry-on, not checked luggage.

Arrive at Conakry International Airport
After landing, follow signs to immigration. Present your passport, eVisa, and return ticket. The officer may ask a few questions about your stay. After stamping, you're free to enter.
