Transiting through Malaysia
Tanzania passport holders do not need a transit visa for airside transit through Malaysian airports for up to 120 hours, provided they do not pass through immigration and have a confirmed onward ticket.
- Holders of a valid visa for Australia, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, UK, or USA may transit without visa for up to 120 hours even if leaving the airport (Transit Without Visa facility).
- Travellers with a confirmed onward ticket to a third country within 120 hours and not leaving the airport do not need a visa.
