Ukrainian citizens cannot get a visa on arrival. You must have the eVisa approved before you travel. Arriving without it means you'll be sent back on the next flight.

What happens at the border

1
Apply for the eVisa online
Go to https://interior.gov.il/en/eta, fill in your passport details, pay the 25 ILS fee, and submit. You'll get a confirmation email. Most applications are approved within minutes to a few hours, but apply at least 72 hours before your flight to be safe.
2
Print or save your eVisa approval
Once approved, you'll receive a PDF or confirmation. Print a copy and also keep it on your phone. You'll need to show it at check-in and at border control.
3
Arrive at the border
You'll likely enter via Ben Gurion Airport (Tel Aviv) or the Allenby Bridge crossing from Jordan. At passport control, present your passport and the eVisa approval. Answer questions about your itinerary and accommodation. The process is usually straightforward but can take extra time if there are queues.
4
Enter Palestine
After clearing Israeli border control, you can proceed to your destination in the West Bank. Note that the eVisa is valid for the entire area controlled by Israel, including Palestine, so you don't need a separate permit for the West Bank.
