What happens at the border

1
Arrive at Turkish immigration
At any Turkish airport (Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara, etc.), join the 'Foreign Passports' queue. Have your passport and return ticket ready. The officer will scan your passport, stamp it, and wave you through. Usually takes 1-2 minutes.
2
Receive entry stamp
The officer will stamp your passport with the date of entry and the maximum stay allowed (90 days). Check the stamp before leaving the counter — make sure the dates are correct.
3
Keep documents accessible
After passing immigration, keep your passport and return ticket easily accessible. You may be asked to show them again at the exit or during random checks.
