eVisa is single-entry only
The Uzbekistan eVisa allows one entry. If you leave Uzbekistan (even for a day trip), you'll need a new visa to re-enter.

What happens at the border

1
Apply for the eVisa online
Go to e-visa.gov.uz and fill out the application. Upload a digital passport photo and a scan of your passport bio page. Pay the fee (around $20 USD) with a credit card. Processing takes 2-3 business days. You'll receive the eVisa by email as a PDF.
2
Prepare your documents for travel
Print a copy of your eVisa, passport, return ticket, and hotel booking. Save digital copies on your phone as backup. Pack a pen for the arrival card.
3
Arrive at Tashkent International Airport (or other entry point)
At passport control, hand over your passport and eVisa. The officer may ask for your return ticket and hotel address. They'll stamp your passport with the entry date. The whole process takes 5-10 minutes if your documents are ready.
4
Complete the arrival card (if required)
You may be given a small white arrival card to fill out on the plane or at the airport. Keep the departure portion with your passport until you leave Uzbekistan.
