Apply for your eVisa online
Go to www.etakenya.go.ke, create an account, fill in the application, upload your passport photo and passport data page, and pay the fee (around €35–50 depending on visa type). Processing takes 2–5 business days. You'll receive an approval email — print it or save it to your phone.

Pack your documents
Have your passport, eVisa approval, return ticket, and accommodation booking ready. Keep them in your carry-on, not checked luggage.

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) or Moi International Airport (MBA)
Follow signs to 'Immigration' or 'Visas'. Join the queue for 'Foreign Passports'. Hand over your passport and eVisa. The officer may ask for your return ticket and hotel booking. Answer clearly. You'll get an entry stamp valid for up to 90 days.

Collect your luggage and exit
After immigration, pick up your bags from the carousel, then proceed through customs. If you have nothing to declare, use the green channel.
