Transiting through Nepal
Ethiopian passport holders transiting through Nepal do not require a visa if they remain airside and depart within 24 hours. However, if you need to leave the airport transit area, you must obtain a tourist visa on arrival.
- If you have a confirmed onward ticket and stay in the international transit area, no visa is needed.
- If you need to enter Nepal (e.g., to change airports or stay overnight), a visa on arrival is required.
