Entry requirements

RequirementDetailsStatus
Valid passport
Must be valid for the duration of your stay
Your Croatian passport needs to be valid for at least the full 90 days you plan to stay in Singapore. Singapore does not enforce the 6-month validity rule for Croatian passports, but your airline might — check with them before departure.Required
Return or onward ticket
Proof of departure from Singapore
Immigration officers routinely ask for a return or onward ticket at the counter. A flight booking out of Singapore within 90 days works — they don't need a paid ticket, just a confirmed itinerary.Recommended
Proof of accommodation
Hotel booking or host address
Have a hotel confirmation or a letter from your host ready. Officers rarely ask for it, but if they do, a printed booking confirmation or a digital copy on your phone is fine.Recommended
Proof of funds
Show you can support yourself
Carry a bank statement or credit card showing you have enough for your stay. No fixed amount is published, but having at least SGD 1,000–2,000 available is a safe bet.Recommended
SG Arrival Card (digital pre-arrival form)
Online submission within 3 days of arrival
Submit the SG Arrival Card at eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard within 3 days before your flight. It's free and takes 5 minutes — you get a confirmation email with a QR code. Officers rarely check it, but having it ready avoids delays.Submit SG Arrival CardOptional
Passport validity is strictly enforced
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you enter Singapore. If it's less, you will be denied entry at the airport or land border. No exceptions.
No arrival card needed
Unlike many other countries, Singapore does not require Croatian passport holders to fill out an arrival declaration or electronic form. Just show your passport and you're through.

What happens at the border

1
Prepare your documents
Before you travel, check your passport validity (6+ months from entry), print or screenshot your return ticket and first night's hotel booking. Also arrange travel insurance and a local SIM or eSIM.
2
Arrive at Changi Airport
You'll land at Singapore Changi Airport (SIN). Follow signs to 'Arrivals' and then to 'Foreign Passports' immigration counters. Queues are usually fast, but can be long during peak hours (morning and evening).
3
Present your passport at immigration
Hand over your passport to the officer. They may ask for your return ticket or hotel booking. Answer clearly and honestly. The officer will stamp your passport with a 90-day visit pass.
4
Collect your luggage and exit
After clearing immigration, head to the baggage claim carousel for your flight, then proceed through customs. If you have nothing to declare, use the green lane. You're now free to enter Singapore.
