Entry requirements

RequirementDetailsStatus
eVisa application
Apply for Singapore eVisa
Lebanese passport holders need an approved eVisa before boarding any flight to Singapore. Apply through an authorized local contact, sponsor, or via the Singapore ICA's official eVisa portal. Processing takes 3 to 5 working days — apply at least a week before your trip.Apply for eVisaRequired
Valid passport
Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond departure
Singapore immigration strictly enforces the 6-month passport validity rule for Lebanese nationals. Your passport must have at least two blank pages for entry and exit stamps. Airlines check this before issuing a boarding pass — no exceptions.Required
Return or onward ticket
Proof of confirmed departure from Singapore
Immigration officers routinely ask for a return or onward flight ticket at Changi Airport. Have a printed or digital copy of your confirmed booking ready. Overstaying even one day results in a fine and possible ban.Required
Proof of accommodation
Hotel booking or host invitation letter
Carry a printed hotel reservation or a letter of invitation from your host in Singapore. Immigration may ask where you're staying during the entry interview. A simple booking confirmation from Booking.com or Agoda works fine.Recommended
Proof of funds
Bank statement or cash equivalent
Have a recent bank statement showing at least SGD 1,000–2,000 or the equivalent in cash. Immigration officers rarely ask, but if they do, you need to show you can cover your stay without working. Credit cards are accepted as proof too.Recommended
eVisa is mandatory — no exceptions
You cannot board a flight to Singapore without an approved eVisa. Airlines check this before issuing your boarding pass. Apply early.
Keep digital copies of everything
Save your eVisa approval, flight booking, and hotel confirmation as PDFs on your phone. Also print a paper copy — phone batteries die.
