A hotel booking confirmation, or the address of where you are staying. The arrival form often asks for this. A Booking.com or Airbnb confirmation email is fine.Recommended
Proof of funds
Rarely checked

Cash only for visa on arrival
The visa fee must be paid in US dollars cash. ATMs are available after immigration, but not before. Bring $30-40 in small bills to avoid issues.
Visa on arrival is straightforward
The process at Phnom Penh and Siem Reap airports is well-organized. Expect a 10-20 minute wait at the visa desk. Have your form filled out before you reach the counter.

What happens at the border

1
Arrive at Cambodian airport
After landing, follow signs to 'Visa on Arrival' before the immigration counters. This is a separate desk, usually on the left or right side of the hall.
2
Fill out the visa application form
Take a form from the counter, fill it in with your passport details, flight info, and hotel address. Keep it simple.
3
Submit form, photo, and passport
Hand over your completed form, passport, photo (if you have one), and the visa fee in cash. The officer will process it.
4
Wait for visa processing
Processing takes 5–15 minutes. They'll call your name or hand you a receipt. Don't wander off.
5
Collect your passport with visa
Once ready, collect your passport with the visa sticker inside. Check the validity dates are correct.
6
Proceed to immigration
Now go to the immigration counters for entry stamping. Show your passport with the visa and your boarding pass if asked.
