Passport validity is strict

Fill out the arrival card
On your flight to Malé, the crew will hand out a small yellow arrival/departure card. Fill it out with your flight details, passport info, and accommodation address. Keep it with your passport.

Join the immigration queue
After landing at Malé International Airport (MLE), follow signs to 'Arrivals' and join the 'Foreign Passports' queue. Queues can be long during peak hours (afternoon/evening). Have your passport, arrival card, return ticket (printed or digital), and hotel confirmation ready.

Receive your visa-on-arrival
