IMUGA saves time
Completing the IMUGA form online before you fly means you'll breeze through immigration. Without it, you'll be directed to a manual processing desk, which can take 20-30 minutes longer.
No visa on arrival for overstays
If you overstay your 30-day visa, you'll be fined 50 MVR per day (about 3.25 USD). Overstays of more than 90 days can lead to deportation and a ban. Apply for an extension before your visa expires.
