Hand over your passport. The officer may ask your purpose of visit, length of stay, and where you're staying. Answer briefly and honestly. They will stamp your passport with a 90-day entry.

After passport control, proceed to baggage claim, then customs. There is no arrival card to fill out. You're free to exit.
