Transiting through Australia
Netherlands passport holders do not need a transit visa to transit through Australia if staying airside and not passing through immigration. However, a Transit visa (subclass 771) is required if you need to leave the airport or have a layover over 8 hours.
- If you have a valid Australian visa, you may transit without a transit visa.
- If you are a citizen of New Zealand, you may transit without a visa.
